Celebrating Success and Family

This session was as much about success as it was about love and family. After years of classes, studying and research (all while being a mom to three kids and working full time), Xochitl received her PhD. She reached out about a session, wanting to capture both images of her in her cap and gown as well as images of her family. After messaging with her about her session, I knew this accomplishment was not just for her, but also for her kids. Her family was her motivation to keep on going, even when faced with obstacles, so she knew she wanted to have some photos to remember this moment. I could tell her kids and husband were (and continue to be) her support system, and I'm honored to have been chosen to capture these moments for her and her family. Congratulations, Xochitl!
