A Late Autumn Extended Family Session

I was so honored when my sweet friend Theresa asked me to photograph not just her husband's side of the family, but also her side of the family. We really only had one night to make this session work as all of Theresa's sisters were from different parts of the country, and thankfully the weather cooperated. The first part of the session took place at their childhood home, and the rest at a park just as the sun was setting. Large extended family sessions can be a little intimidating because of so many people and kids involved, but I'm so grateful that every family I've ever photographed has been so kind and trusting. I always leave these sessions with a smile on my face and a warm heart because capturing these moments for families is something I truly love to do.
